Another new ‘carnivore’ restaurant has opened at West Jakarta area. With spacey area on the inside and simply natural decorated, that place gave us the comfy & serenity atmosphere.
For appetizer I order their specialty Onion Loaf. Price 45 K. The Onion is cut very thin, then they fry it. The texture is not so crunchy but it taste nom nom. Eat it with chili sauce.
For main course, I try their pasta: Spaghetti Carbonara. Price 55 K. The spaghetti cooked very well. The gravy sauce is so scrumptious & cheesy. Sprinkled with bacon, this dish is satisfying my mouth with its creaminess.
Import Baby Back Ribs is become their chef recommendation. Price 180 K (for half portion, price 100 K,4 bones). It came with full slab portion (8 ribs). The ribs were tender & the barbecue sauce is not overwhelmed the pork meat taste. So mouthwatering. They also provide Local Baby Back Full (price 108 K,8 bones) and Local Pork Baby Back Half (price 60 K, 4 bones). The sauce choices are: original barbecue sauce, hot barbecue sauce and plum barbeque sauce. You can choose 2 side dishes for this package (mashed potato, french fries, baked beans, coleslaw, steamed rice).
They also serve steak. Rib eye 135 K, Tenderloin 150 K & Striploin 120 K. For dessert they offer us Brownies and Banana Split w/ Ice Cream. Maybe I will try it for my next visitation. The dishes exactly has the same taste with Tony Roma’s. According to my friend’s information, the Roc ‘N Roc chef is ex-Tony Roma’s chef. No wonder!
